We offer free 30 minute design consultations to discuss your needs, wants, and aspirations. During this conversation we will determine how we may provide you with a tailored service suitable to your budget and goals.

Jobs vary in scale and complexity which is what dictates pricing.

Some of our fixed pricing includes:

- $1,000 for site documentation & assesment of existing conditions (under 2,500 s.f.).

- $1,000 for permitting assistance and code compliance review.

Our projects have stipulated sums, we do not bill hourly - prices are determined upon the development of your scope.

There are many variables at play in the development of a project depending on the purpose of the job.

- Permitted projects  typically take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months depending scale, scope, and parties involved.

 Yes, we prepare all necessary architectural drawings and act as your agent through the local municipal approval process.
